Riverside Performing Arts is the volunteer parent organization supporting music in the Riverside Area School District. We answer email — usually within a day or two, and faster around a concert.
Who to ask about what
Tickets and orders
Missing tickets, a refund, a wrong seat, or a payment that did not go through: demo@wondernookstudios.com
You can pull up everything you have bought — including the ticket codes scanned at the door — from Orders & Tickets. Please include your order number if you have it.
The mobile app
Trouble signing in, a ticket that will not appear, or anything that looks broken: demo@wondernookstudios.com
It helps to say which phone you have and which version of the app — the version is printed at the bottom of the app's Account tab.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account yourself: on the website from Orders & Tickets, or in the app from Account → Delete my account.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, write to demo@wondernookstudios.com — see the privacy policy for what is kept and why.
Fundraising, trips and donations
Questions about a student's fundraising balance, a trip payment, or a donation receipt: demo@wondernookstudios.com.
Balances and trip statements are also visible in the Parent Portal.
Not us
We are a booster organization, not the school district. Attendance, grades, transportation and anything else about a school day belongs with the Riverside Area School District directly. Medical and permission forms collected here are handed to the district staff running that trip.
