Already had a password on this site? Signing in with Google uses the same account — nothing is lost, and you can still sign in the usual way. Emailed sign-in codes often don't reach school addresses, so Google is the reliable route.
A parent instead? Medical and permission forms, your children's balances and trip payments are all in the Parent Portal.
